Introduction
Join our dynamic Regional Marketing Team that is expanding to engage senior decision-makers across strategic accounts and priority verticals. This role focuses on orchestrating account strategy and pipeline objectives into impactful, high-touch experiences. You will connect executive engagement, ABM, and industry-specific programs into cohesive, account-centric journeys to deepen relationships and accelerate key opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on ABM, field marketing, executive programs, or strategic account marketing.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) (3–5 years): hands-on experience building and executing ABM programs.
- Executive Engagement & Event Program Management (3–5 years): proven experience designing and executing high-touch executive experiences.
- Field & Enterprise Marketing (4–6 years): demonstrated experience partnering with Revenue teams on pipeline-focused marketing programs.
- Proven track record of building and scaling account-based programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience marketing to senior BDM and TDM audiences (C-suite, VP-level executives, and technical leaders).
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales/revenue teams in a pod or aligned-account model.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own regional marketing strategy and execution for BDM and TDM audiences.
- Define and deliver an integrated plan that unifies executive programs, ABM, and industry/solution campaigns.
- Lead executive programs, 1:1 and 1:few ABM initiatives, and curated account-based experiences.
- Design and execute high-touch moments, including executive dinners and bespoke engagements.
- Partner closely with Revenue Pods to align programs to top account priorities.
