Position OverviewThe purpose of this position is to contribute to the success of Altus Healthcare by developing relationships and executing programs that drive patient volume and loyalty. This person will build our market position by expanding the network of patient referrals and by engaging the community in local marketing programs.Essential Job FunctionsMake 40 clinical visits per week targeting primary care physicians and Urgent Care facilities to generate referral'sUtilize consultative selling skills to cultivate win-win relationships with key referral sources to drive patient volume to facilities'Develop and execute programs to meaningfully engage with prospective and current patients to generate self-referralsAct as a brand ambassador and community liaison to build reputation in and connection to the communities we serveWork collaboratively with the corporate brand team to execute local marketing campaignsSuccessfully execute product launches (e.g. promotion, education, etc.) to meet regional goalsGather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information to ensure local marketing activities are effective and efficientAct as marketing liaison to regional staff.Facilitate and grow relationship with hospital partner staffOther Job FunctionsMaintain and mine the customer databaseAttend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as requiredTravel to all facility locations as requiredPerform additional duties as assignedBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or business administration, required2+ years sales, business development or field marketing experience with direct responsibility for meeting sales goals, requiredDemonstrated expertise in using consultative sales models, requiredExperience in making presentations and in public speaking, requiredExperience in crafting proposals to garner business and/or or solidify relationships, requiredHealthcare knowledge and experience, preferredPosition requires fluency in English; written and oral communicationPhysical RequirementsTypical functions of this role include standing, sitting and walking a majority of the time. There are occasions when kneeling, stooping, bending or reaching may be necessary.The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. on a regular basis.
