Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to support five service locations across the Baltimore market area. This role oversees approximately $42M in annual revenue and a $3M marketing budget, driving lead generation, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and marketing performance across multiple brands and markets.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical marketer who understands how to turn marketing investments into measurable business results. This individual will partner closely with General Managers, regional leadership, internal marketing teams, and agency partners to maximize revenue growth and return on marketing investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local and regional marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, lead generation, and market share expansion.
- Manage and optimize marketing investments across PPC, SEO, Local Services Ads (LSA), paid social, digital advertising, community engagement, and other marketing channels.
- Partner with General Managers to align marketing initiatives with local business objectives and operational capacity.
- Manage a marketing budget of approximately $3M, making data-driven investment decisions to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, booking rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue impact.
- Lead agency and vendor relationships, holding partners accountable to performance goals and agreed-upon KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure brand consistency and strong local market presence across all supported locations.
- Present performance results and strategic recommendations to operational and executive leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing management experience, preferably supporting multiple locations or brands.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, Local Services Ads (LSA), paid media, and lead generation.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and evaluating ROI through data and analytics.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with operations leaders, field teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in home services, skilled trades, franchise, or multi-location marketing environments is highly preferred.
