The Big Task

Your primary responsibility is to help us grow by creating qualified customer demand, strengthening our local brand and ensuring our marketing investment produces measurable results. You will own the marketing dashboard, manage outside agencies and vendors, create and launch campaigns, monitor the marketing budget and provide leadership with clear recommendations about where we should increase, reduce or redirect spending.

This is a hands-on position. You must be comfortable moving between strategy, numbers, vendor meetings, campaign planning, content creation and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual marketing plan and campaign calendar covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generators and maintenance memberships.

• Manage and monitor an annual marketing budget in the $250,000$500,000 range.

• Track spending against the approved budget and provide accurate monthly forecasts.

• Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, printers, community organizations and other marketing vendors.

• Reconcile vendor and agency reports against ServiceTitan leads, booked calls, completed jobs and revenue.

Develop recruiting campaigns that generate qualified applicants for technicians, installers, salespeople and office positions.
