paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), profit sharingAs a Gensler Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our office directors in Atlanta and practice leaders across the southeast to assure our marketing efforts are strategic, targeted, and represent the Gensler brand to your fullest potential. You will be responsible for growing and developing a team of marketing professionals while leading the pursuit to grow the business. You will be successful because you are skilled in managing teams, proposal development, and meeting deliverable schedules.What You Will DoGrow and manage the regional marketing team while coaching the team for professional growth.Grow and mentor our marketing team in Atlanta to support the office and the region.Partner with our business leaders to lead pursuits, and ensure our marketing deliverables are creative and responsive to clients.Seek out and implement process and content improvements (i.e. using new technologies to create efficiencies; assuring the boilerplate materials are nailed down to go to market).Explore and set a vision for embracing new design tools and technology, such as AI and video integration.Collaborate with Marketing Directors around process to maintain resources and information systems: updating project documentation and image libraries.Lead weekly BD meeting/reporting with Atlanta office leadership.Conduct win/loss analysis of opportunities and pursuit marketing budget/spend.Collaborate with Office Directors on strategic internal communications and presentations.Your Qualifications15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture, design, or related industries.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and collaborate.Excellent graphic design sensibility and communication skills.Experience managing large teams and leading business-critical marketing projects.Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce is a plus.This role is not remote, we look forward to working with our new Marketing Manager in our Atlanta office.Life at GenslerAt Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
