Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage consent, opt-out, and communication preferences across all marketing channels.
  • Establish marketing channel standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with TCPA, DNC, CAN-SPAM, and related regulations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance teams.
  • Manage channel integrations, APIs, and vendor relationships.
  • Define KPIs, reporting standards, campaign taxonomy, and attribution frameworks.
  • Develop training materials and educate teams on marketing governance and compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
