Marketing Manager, Bet-David Consulting

Job Responsibilities
 

• Own the Bet-David Consulting’s marketing strategy and campaign calendar across paid media, email, web, content, lead generation, and other marketing channels.

 

• Serve as the primary Marketing point of contact for Bet-David Consulting, treating BDC as the dedicated internal client. Own the intake, prioritization, coordination, and execution of BDC marketing needs across the organization.

 

• Act as the HubSpot marketing expert for Bet-David Consulting, with strong hands-on knowledge of segmentation, lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring, attribution, campaign tracking, automation, reporting, and lead handoff to Sales.

 

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel, including Leads, MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, and Customers, with the ability to monitor conversion rates, identify funnel gaps, and understand how marketing activity impacts movement through each stage.

 

• Own the development and optimization of lead-generation funnels, including landing pages, quizzes, lead magnets, forms, lead capture strategies, nurture journeys, and conversion paths designed to generate and qualify B2B leads.

 

• Partner with the internal performance team and external performance agency to plan, evaluate, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on qualified lead generation, lead quality, conversion performance, and efficient marketing investment.

 

• Partner closely with Sales to understand marketing and collateral needs, translating those needs into clear marketing requirements and coordinating execution with the appropriate creative, content, web, and marketing resources.

 

• Own Bet-David Consulting’s marketing performance reporting and dashboards, providing visibility into campaign performance, channel performance, lead generation, funnel progression, conversion rates, and overall marketing contribution.

 

• Analyze marketing performance and translate data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities to improve campaigns, lead quality, funnel performance, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.

 

• Partner with web, creative, content, performance, CRM, and other internal teams to continuously improve landing pages, forms, messaging, campaigns, nurture journeys, and conversion pathways.

 

• Maintain close communication with Bet-David Consulting and Sales leadership to understand business priorities, lead quality, sales feedback, upcoming initiatives, and evolving needs, ensuring Marketing remains aligned with the business.

 

• Drive strong cross-functional collaboration and project execution across Marketing, Sales, Creative, Content, Web, Performance, Operations, and external partners, ensuring priorities, timelines, deliverables, and ownership remain clear.

 

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.

Job Requirements
 

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated experience supporting sales driven organizations, consulting, professional services, or other high value B2B offerings.
• Advanced HubSpot expertise is mandatory, including CRM structure, segmentation, lifecycle stages, workflows, automation, lead scoring, campaign tracking, attribution, reporting, and dashboards.
• Deep understanding of the B2B marketing and sales funnel, including Leads, MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, Customers, pipeline progression, and conversion rates between each stage.
• Proven experience developing and optimizing lead generation funnels, including landing pages, quizzes, lead magnets, forms, lead capture strategies, nurture journeys, and conversion paths.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid media, with demonstrated experience working directly with internal performance teams and external agencies to evaluate results, provide direction, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Highly analytical and data driven, with the ability to interpret marketing performance across the full customer journey and turn data into clear insights and actions.
• Strong command of marketing KPIs across channels, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, funnel conversion, email deliverability, open rate, CTR, CTOR, website traffic, engagement, landing page performance, and website conversion rates.
• Strong proficiency with GA4 and digital analytics, with the ability to understand traffic sources, user behavior, acquisition performance, conversion events, attribution, and website performance.
• Strong email marketing and marketing automation experience, including segmentation, nurture strategies, lifecycle communications, testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of website and conversion optimization, including landing page strategy, UX, forms, CTAs, testing, and CRO principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast paced, high accountability environment, where priorities can shift quickly and speed of execution matters without sacrificing quality.
• Strong cross functional collaborator, comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Content, Web, Performance, Operations, leadership, and external partners.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate strategy, performance, insights, priorities, and recommendations clearly to both marketing and business stakeholders.
• High level of ownership and accountability, with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify needs, solve problems, follow through, and drive initiatives forward without requiring constant direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Compensation: Salary + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
