It has plans to create a £5bn portfolio by 2033 and has a 900,000 sq ft secured development pipeline.Marketing ManagerYou'll be based at our Centre City office in the main and travel to our sites which are all in close vicinity.Job Purpose:Supporting the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for marketing BruntwoodSciTech's award‑winning Birmingham portfolio which includes all the assets outlined above. The role is very much a handson marketing role, taking accountability and ownership of Marketing for the Birmingham portfolio, curating marketing plans as well as executing them.What you'll be doing:Alongside the Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy for Birmingham, delivering plans and activity in order to achieve our key lettings and retention targetsYou will act as a brand guardian for both BruntwoodSciTech and assist in brand building and place‑making creationManaging the creation and production of marketing materials across different mediums including CGIs, videography, brochures, photography, hoarding, social media assetsDeveloping engaging PR for key milestones and deals and managing the stakeholder approval process effectivelyBuilding strong relationships with the Commercial, Asset Management and internal project teams to collectively deliver our Birmingham business planWorking closely with our central content and digital marketing teams to create and lead on integrated campaigns to support commercial objectives and increase lead generationAnalysing and reporting on campaign performance and effectiveness, in order to drive improved conversionsWorking effectively with a range of national and sector suppliers, partners, stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunitiesStaying ahead of industry trends for the commercial property, tech and science sectorsWhat we're looking for:Experience managing end to end marketing campaigns from inception to completion, thinking creatively and pragmatically to achieve commercial successAbility to work autonomously within a marketing capacity, driving and taking ownership of campaignsA keen collaborator, working with other departments to drive successful campaigns, leaning on different areas of expertise and knowledgeExperience managing senior stakeholdersExcellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple marketing projects at a timeIdeally you'll have a marketing related degree or equivalent qualificationCommercially focused with a keen interest in property, tech, innovation and scienceSomeone who is comfortable with a hands‑on role in a growing and ambitious startup environmentWe really believe that if you're brilliant to work with, you deserve brilliant things in return:28 days holiday plus you get your Birthday off work - and if that's not enough you can also buy & sell holidays tooCompany bonus - paid annually24 hours a year volunteer time - there are endless opportunities for you to get involved in supporting the causes that matter most to youSabbatical of up to 12 months so you can take a career break after five years with usHealthcare cash plan for all colleagues, so you can claim back medical expenses like optical, dentist & physiotherapy.
