Marketing ManagerMcMillen, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Manager with a minimum of 8 - 10 years of marketing proposal experience. The Marketing Manager will direct the development, organization, and production of proposals, presentation materials, resumes, and brochures. They will coordinate marketing activities, edit proposals and PowerPoint presentations, and prepare submittal documents. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism, PR, communications, or English and possess a strong desire to grow personally and professionally with each marketing effort. The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and senior management in the development of high-quality, professional, and consistent proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents for Engineering and Construction projects.ResponsibilitiesEnsure client satisfaction within the Business and/or Client GroupIndependently perform research, writing, editing, and proposal production and coordination on a variety of marketing efforts, with minimal supervisionSupport the Marketing department on proposals and lead major/strategic efforts; edit, write, coordinate, and ensure compliance; oversee preparation/writing of proposal sectionsEstablish pre-production document management and file-sharing processes on some proposalsCoordinate content collection with teaming partners and subcontractors as neededUse communication skills to exchange proposals/marketing information with othersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or English8 - 10 years of marketing proposal work experienceExemplary organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, superior character and integrity, and highly organized self-start with a strong work ethicPrevious proofreading experienceExperience in engineering, construction, or architecture industries is highly preferredExperience working on federal proposal development (i.e. SF330) is a plusCompensation PackagePay Range: $84,505 – 119,000 (DOE)Benefits: McMillen provides a full Benefits Program consisting of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA, EAP, 401(k) and match, 9 Paid Holidays, generous PTO, opportunity for Stock Ownership, and Wellness ReimbursementAbout McMillenMcMillen, Inc. designs and builds solutions that shape the future of water resources.
