Marketing Manager

Position Overview

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness, digital marketing, community outreach, and patient engagement initiatives. This role will develop and execute marketing strategies that support growth, strengthen referral relationships, enhance brand visibility, and drive business results. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven marketer with strong communication skills and experience managing multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support growth and occupancy goals
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising
• Create marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content
• Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners
• Coordinate events, outreach programs, and community engagement initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key marketing metrics
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
• Partner with leadership on strategic growth and business development initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or digital marketing roles
• Strong knowledge of social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and analytics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office
• Healthcare, senior living, rehabilitation, or healthcare services experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000-$120,000 salary (based on experience)
