This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multi-brand marketing campaigns aligned with REP'M Group's franchise development objectives.The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales Directors and leadership to execute email marketing strategies, manage broker network platforms, oversee CRM operations within HubSpot, coordinate press and content initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of execution, and the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. HubSpot experience will be prioritized in evaluating candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Campaign ExecutionOwn and execute all email marketing campaigns across assigned brands (7-8 brands per Manager) via HubSpot, including organic and dead leads, active candidates (intro through validation), brokers, announcements, events, consumer outreach, and internal communicationsBuild and manage nurture sequences, including weekly organic and candidate emails per brand and bi-monthly broker campaignsDevelop and refresh campaign outlines with Directors every 6–8 weeks to maintain relevance and engagementTrack performance metrics and continuously optimize campaignsHubSpot & CRM ManagementManage and optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, segmentation, and reportingEnsure all links, scheduling tools, CTAs, and assets are accurate and functionalSupport Directors and VPs in nurturing candidate pipelines through CRM strategyMaintain data integrity and campaign reportingKnowledge with Monday.com a plusBroker & Network Portal ManagementMaintain up-to-date and compliant brand profiles across broker platformsEnsure accuracy of marketing materialsManage brand announcementsCoordinate newsletter spotlights and other broker-facing visibility initiativesContent, Press & CreativeCreate and distribute deal announcements, including graphic design in Canva and multi-platform distributionWrite and manage blog content for brand websitesMaintain a centralized bank of REP'M and brand marketing assetsStrategy & PerformanceDefine and execute marketing initiatives aligned with company growth goalsCollaborate cross-functionally to support launches, campaigns, and promotionsAnalyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunitiesAssist in overall network management and support leadership with strategic marketing initiativesQualifications2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or digital marketingStrong HubSpot or CRM experience preferredExperience managing multi-brand or franchise marketing initiatives is a plusProficiency in content creation, copywriting, and marketing communicationsExperience with Canva or similar design platformsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insightsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferredDemonstrated leadership, organization, problem-solving ability, and a solutions-oriented mindsetIf you are energized by owning execution, maintaining organized systems, and supporting high-growth franchise brands, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
