Serve as co-owner of website content, social media, community presentation, signage and event planning.Job Responsibilities: Core duties or tasks fundamental and not marginal to the performance of the job.Work with sales leadership to develop effective marketing strategies.Manage all marketing activities within the Division.Track, monitor, and evaluate results for specific marketing programs and campaigns.Ensure consistent, branded image for respective communities are created throughout website, signage, and within the community.Coordinate, direct, and implement all Division public relations events and materials to build an effective brand.Complete website updates to community web pages as needed on a timely basis.Manage and maintain all off-site community signage including WEDs and billboards.Work with community teams to produce:Local events for brokers, customers, and homeownersPromotional specific handouts, advertisements, direct mail, etc.Sales office displaysAssist sales leadership in defining Sales Center and Model Homes to include ordering displays and Model Home furniture.
