Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote the brand, drive customer acquisition, and achieve company growth goals. This position requires a creative and analytical individual with strong leadership skills who can collaborate across departments and lead marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.Duties/ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to various marketing channels.Plan, create, and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, print, events, SEO/SEM).Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia for marketing materials.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms.Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.Analyze data from campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and fostering professional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer support, etc.) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.Develop customer engagement strategies to drive brand loyalty and retention.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management detailing campaign performance, trends, and recommendations.Use analytics tools to track marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.Implement strategies to improve customer experiences across various touchpoints.Required Skills/AbilitiesExcellent communication skills: Strong ability to listen actively, clearly explain information, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tools, and techniques.Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).Experience with analytics and marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc.).Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing tools is a plus.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience required.At least five years' related experience required.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Core CompetenciesCommunicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates—Providing information to supervisors, co‑workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e‑mail, or in person.Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships—Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.Making Decisions and Solving Problems—Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work—Accomplishing specific goals with priority and organization.Developing and Building Teams—Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
