Marketing Manager

We have a brand worth talking about, a customer worth knowing, and a marketing strategy with strong bones we just need someone to run it like they own it. This role exists for a marketer who sees volume and quality as the same discipline, not competing priorities.
You'll take a strategy with strong foundational principles already in place and build around it running a well-oiled, well-received marketing operation with plenty of autonomy to make it your own.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Email Marketing
Draft, design, schedule, and A/B test campaigns in collaboration with our graphic design team. Bring new ideas and improvements to the program. Current tech: DotDigital.
Organic Social
Tell our brand story using assets from our creative team and media contractors. Clearly articulate our value proposition across all channels at high volume and high quality. Current tech: Meta, LinkedIn.
Paid Ads
Work with our agency to build and manage our paid ads approach getting the right prospects to our site through product ads, then retargeting them until conversion.
SEO & Copywriting
Build out product and company pages with customer-focused copy that improves our Google and Bing rankings. Develop content that increases our relevance in AI search.
Product Launches
Bring launches into email and social. Come up with creative ideas to maximise reach before and during launch, and execute on them.
Adhoc Videography / Photography
As needed and if the skillset is there with customers or team members.

You write copy that cuts through. You track the numbers and act on them. You bring new ideas and you ship them. You know that great marketing is an equation: Quantity × Quality. Both sides have to be high.
