In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you

  • Project & Team Coordination:
  • Plan and manage marketing projects from briefing to delivery
  • Coordinate internal specialists (social, photo/video, events) for aligned execution
  • Supervise timelines, deliverables, and quality of marketing outputs
  • Brief and coordinate agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to the Head of Marketing
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, remove blockers
  • Content & Campaign Support:
  • Support the Head of Marketing in planning and executing campaigns
  • Translate marketing objectives into content briefs and campaign plans
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all produced materials
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform planning
  • Review and approve content drafts for quality and alignment
  • Repurpose and adapt existing content when needed
  • Daily Marketing Support:
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in aligning initiatives with overall business goals
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and projects, providing actionable insights
  • Maintain coordination with CBDs and Business Support Analysts
  • Event Support:
  • Support the Event Specialist in planning and executing corporate events
  • Oversee logistics, registration, communication, and reporting related to events
  • Ensure event deliverables align with brand and campaign goals

What you will need for successful work

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing project-management experience
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Project / collaboration tools; familiarity with Adobe Suite is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
