Beauty Concept Brands is a family-owned beauty company behind Skin Gym and PaintLab. Skin Gym offers innovative beauty tools, devices, and skincare accessories, while PaintLab brings creativity and convenience to press-on nails. Our brands are available through major retailers and our own e-commerce channels.
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing across both brands, bring structure to our marketing efforts, and turn business priorities into campaigns that drive awareness and sales.
You will own the marketing calendar, manage campaign execution, and coordinate our internal team, freelancers, and agency partners. Working directly with the founders, you’ll develop marketing plans, set clear priorities, and ensure every campaign is delivered on time and meets our brand standards.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative judgment with excellent project management and an understanding of marketing performance. You can identify what needs to happen, assign ownership, and follow through without constant direction.
Marketing Planning & Campaigns
Build and manage marketing calendars for Skin Gym and PaintLab across product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and retailer initiatives.
Translate business goals into actionable campaign plans with clear timelines, deliverables, budgets, and success metrics.
Coordinate campaigns across email, SMS, social media, influencers, paid media, PR, and e-commerce.
Develop campaign briefs that clearly communicate the audience, messaging, creative direction, and channel requirements.
Team & Agency Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for internal team members, agencies, and freelancers.
Lead regular marketing meetings, assign responsibilities, and keep projects moving.
Hold partners accountable for deadlines, quality, and agreed deliverables.
Review agency recommendations and reports, identify gaps, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Brand & Creative Oversight
Review marketing copy and creative for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality before launch.
Ensure product messaging, promotional details, links, and campaign assets are correct.
Partner with designers and content creators to produce effective assets for each brand.
Maintain distinct brand voices while keeping campaigns consistent across channels.
Product Launches & Retail Marketing
Work with product development, sales, and operations to align marketing with launch timing and product availability.
Own launch checklists and coordinate supporting content, website updates, creator activity, and customer communications.
Develop marketing support for retail launches and promotions in partnership with the sales team.
Coordinate retailer-specific assets and campaigns that support awareness and sell-through.
Performance & Budget Management
Track campaign results and deliver clear reports with recommendations.
Monitor marketing spending against approved budgets.
Work with channel specialists to improve traffic, conversion, customer retention, and sales.
Use results and customer insights to refine future campaigns.
Experience managing campaigns across both e-commerce and retail.
Proven ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and multiple projects simultaneously.
