Description
This is a hands-on marketing leadership role for someone who thinks strategically, executes relentlessly, and leads by example. The Marketing Manager owns the marketing function across multiple brands - driving campaigns, launches, promotions, and brand growth while staying close to the work, not removed from it.
This role is 100% onsite in Dallas, TX and is built for a marketer who can shift seamlessly between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution. You'll lead and mentor a small but impactful team of two direct reports, while personally driving initiatives forward, solving problems quickly, and treating the business like your own.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for direction. Someone who brings ideas, tests them, measures results, and continuously pushes for stronger performance, sharper branding, and better customer engagement. This is not a coordinator role and it's not a "manage from a distance" role. It's for a highly organized, creative, and data-driven marketing leader who thrives in the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
