    • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Events, and Digital Marketing to align campaign priorities, messaging, audience targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Collaborate with product experts, sales teams, and subject matter experts to gather insights and develop accurate, relevant marketing content.
    • Develop marketing programs that increase awareness of Tyler's ERP solutions, differentiate Tyler in the marketplace, and support sales engagement with priority accounts.
    • Coordinate campaign execution with shared marketing functions, including Content, Creative, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Events.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing and engagement metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
    • Oversee marketing staff as applicable.
    • Aid in the continuing development of staff members and provide ongoing guidance, training, and direction in achieving team and company objectives.

    • Experience developing integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
    • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and marketing analytics platforms (Dynamics, Marketo, Treasure Data preferred).
    • Strong campaign planning, project management, and analytical skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Experience managing or mentoring marketing professionals preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
