Building trust with employees, customers, and partners is central to achieving sustainable growth and profitability.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site position with short travel distances to our Automotive Retail Locations in Colorado, with the potential for travel to our California and Utah operations. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen the brand presence and drive customer engagement. Key responsibilities include creating and managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and securing partnerships to enhance outreach. The role requires strong leadership in managing budgets, identifying business opportunities, and driving initiatives that align with company goals.What you will be doing:Develop a 90-day marketing plan to meet each store's sales objectives, including, but not limited to, dealer events, sponsorship activations, inventory management, and strategic budget planning.Foster a meaningful relationship with key stakeholders at each store, ensuring transparent communication, clear expectations, and client satisfaction.Develop deep brand knowledge for each manufacturer under your responsibility, aligning it with Schomp brand standards and manufacturer standards/compliance requirements.Monitor expenses against the budget and provide each store with monthly expense reporting.Obtain intimate knowledge of COOP programs and budgets within each brand and determine what and how it can be used.Maintain a calendar of national and regional sales events, physical events in sales and service. Occasionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional or national events.Lead monthly marketing meetings, bringing key insights and strategy plans to the store within our standardized cadence.Utilize HIVE Analytics, a suite of BI dashboards to strategize decision-making and monitor the performance of downstream marketing effortsQualificationsFour-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, CIS, or something similarPrevious agency experience preferred and exposure to managing multiple priorities/clients or an in-house marketing team that served multiple lines of business, products, or initiativesStrong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media StrategyProven expertise in Marketing Research, Data Analysis, and Market Trends InterpretationExperience in Campaign Development, Branding, and Consumer EngagementProficiency in Marketing Tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and SEO technologiesStrong leadership, strategic thinking, and team collaboration skillsExcellent project management and organizational capabilitiesAutomotive industry experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to work on-site at our DTC officeExperience planning and executing events or sponsorship activations is a plus, but not required.Monday.com for project managementWordPress powers a number of our sitesGoogle Suite (docs, sheets, drive)Tableau for visualizing data and presenting analytics to othersMeta Suite - both paid and organic functionsThe Clinical Stuff:Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Schomp Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.The compensation range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position.
