The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales for Hy-Vee. This role involves campaign planning, promotional coordination, digital marketing, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement marketing plans to support sales goals, seasonal promotions, and brand positioning.
Align marketing initiatives with the company’s overall business strategy and sales objectives.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Manage internal corporate review, communication, and reporting processes.
Work with merchandising and operations teams to ensure timely and effective execution of promotions and campaigns.
Coordinate with advertising, creative, and media teams to ensure campaign consistency across all channels.
Content Planning
Work with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials that reach business objectives.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators such as sales impact, customer engagement, and return on investment.
Responsible for invoicing of all projects.

Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred. At least five years of experience in Marketing experience.

Physical Requirements
This position may require some traveling and overnight stays.
Visual requirements include ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Must be physically able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 10 pounds of force to move objects as well as perform sedentary work.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting. There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks a day.
