    Description

    Your tasks:

    • Develop and execute US marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and global marketing initiatives.

    • Build brand awareness through strong corporate and product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for US and global audiences.

    • Plan, create, execute, maintain, and measure B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including website, digital marketing, online events, industry publications, PR, social media, and customer communications.

    • Create demand throughout the customer journey through targeted content such as white papers, case studies, videos, use cases, how-to guides, competitive comparisons, and ROI-focused materials.

    • Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials including presentations, brochures, sales enablement tools, website content, newsletters, and other online/offline communications.

    • Create and refine content from the perspective of target audiences to ensure clear, relevant, and impactful messaging.

    • Support sales initiatives through lead generation campaigns, customer engagement programs, and marketing resources.

    • Provide hands on support for US trade show and industry event activities, including event selection, planning, booth coordination, vendor management, marketing materials, logistics, product demonstrations, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.

    • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, publications, technology groups, and relevant market influencers.

    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning.

    • Ensure consistent brand messaging, quality standards, and alignment with corporate guidelines across all marketing activities.

      • You have a holistic view and knowledge of marketing strategy, planning and execution, business and product strategy, and processes with the ability to help shape and influence the long-term vision and strategy for the product portfolio based on a deep understanding of customer needs

      • You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of marketing and a very good understanding of digital and traditional marketing concepts

      • You are an active team player and can communicate at eye level with all departments, often reaching out to our tech team to get all relevant information

      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

      • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

      • The drive to independently familiarize yourself with new topics and develop things from scratch

      • The will to make NEURA Robotics the leading brand in the field of robotics
