JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager owns the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness and support sales enablement. This role is both hands-on and strategic, translating commercial strategy and business objectives into content, campaigns, and programs that generate measurable pipeline impact. Operating as a player-coach, this role leads execution while helping define marketing direction and priorities, and directly develops high-quality marketing materials and content to support business growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills):
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to company growth and revenue objectives.
Own go-to-market messaging, positioning, and campaign themes
Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with ideal customer profiles, priorities and revenue goals.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and business impact
Demand Generation & Campaigns:
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, content, events, paid media).
Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights and Sales feedback.
Test and scale programs that improve sales conversion across the funnel.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all marketing and sales touchpoints.
Oversee creation of sales enablement materials and customer facing collateral.
Lead content strategy across key channels including website, thought leadership, and customer stories.
Ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and supports sales engagement & conversion.
Media, PR & External Presence
Manage media relations, press opportunities, and speaking engagements.
Support executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives
Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to align messaging and amplify company narrative.
