The Anderson Search Group is partnering with a rapidly growing financial services organization to identify an Outbound Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in driving lead generation, appointment setting, and revenue growth through outbound email marketing and automation.This position offers the opportunity to build, launch, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns while working directly with leadership in a highly entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate brings experience with cold email platforms, campaign analytics, lead generation, and marketing automation and enjoys using data‑driven strategies to generate measurable business results.Position OverviewThe Outbound Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing outbound email campaigns designed to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.This individual will oversee campaign strategy, audience segmentation, deliverability management, testing initiatives, reporting, and ongoing optimization efforts.
