POSITION SUMMARY

Lectra is seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to contribute to the success of its fashion solutions portfolio across the US and Canada. This role translates business priorities into focused go-to-market programs that build market awareness, generate and qualify demand, contribute to pipeline growth, and strengthen customer engagement.

The Marketing Manager analyzes the market, identifies regional growth opportunities, contributes to the annual marketing plan, and delivers high-quality execution on time and within budget. The role monitors performance throughout the year and recommends adjustments to priorities, programs, and investment based on business needs and results.

The Marketing Manager brings an understanding of the fashion market and adapts global campaigns, content, and programs to regional customer needs. The role contributes to local campaigns and customer engagement activities based on market potential and business priorities in the US and Canada.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute on US and Canada fashion marketing plan for priority customer segments, market awareness, demand generation, lead qualification, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
• Work collaboratively with the Lectra Americas Marketing Team to align priorities and execute integrated regional campaigns, events, and go-to-market programs
• Partner with Marketing Operations to define audience segments, apply agreed data standards, and use customer and prospect insights to improve targeting and campaign performance
• Contribute to campaign objectives and performance targets; monitor engagement, lead generation, lead progression, pipeline sourced and influenced, and return on investment; and recommend adjustments based on results.
• Use Marketo and Salesforce for campaign execution, audience segmentation, lead management, reporting, and performance analysis. Coordinate emails, landing pages, campaign assets, and webinar activities from setup through follow-up.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activity, industry trends, and regional opportunities, and translate findings into recommendations for marketing and business priorities
• Contribute to regional priorities, program recommendations, budget requirements, timelines, and performance targets to annual planning; monitor delivery and recommend adjustments as market and business needs change.
• Coordinate regional marketing communications with corporate marketing, regional leadership, Sales, and Customer Success to keep messaging relevant, consistent, and connected to commercial priorities.
• Execute and optimize inbound and outbound demand generation programs to improve engagement, lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Contribute to customer references, success stories, testimonials, and speaking opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.

PROFILE

The ideal candidate:

• A strategic, hands-on, and detail-oriented B2B marketing professional who can translate business priorities into measurable regional programs.
• Experience marketing software, technology, or complex solutions to fashion, apparel, manufacturing, or other B2B audiences is preferred
• Three to five years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including responsibility for integrated campaigns, demand generation, and performance reporting.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across regional and global teams and align marketing programs with local business needs.
• Analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to set performance targets, interpret campaign and pipeline data, communicate insights, and optimize programs against business goals.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities, and balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is required; experience with Salesforce and Marketo is strongly preferred.
