Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a creative, driven, and hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for an exciting new concept: Noble Steakhouse. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand from the ground up—playing a key role in shaping its identity, launching it to market, and driving its success from day one.We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and immerse themselves in every aspect of opening a new restaurant. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional with 1–2 years of experience who wants exposure to high‑level strategy while also executing on the ground floor of a major new opening.Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will work closely with the full Lotus Concepts marketing team, operations team, and leadership to bring Noble Steakhouse to life. This role will touch every phase of the opening process and beyond, making it a rare opportunity to gain well‑rounded, real‑world experience in restaurant marketing and brand development.What You'll Be Involved InAssisting in the development and execution of the Noble Steakhouse brand identity and positioningSupporting the full lifecycle of a restaurant opening, including pre‑opening strategy, launch campaigns, and post‑opening momentumCoordinating and executing photoshoots, content creation, and brand storytellingWorking with PR partners and media to build buzz and secure press coverageSupporting social media strategy, content calendars, and real‑time engagementCollaborating with operations to create in‑store marketing moments and guest experiencesAssisting in planning and executing opening events, VIP previews, influencer nights, and private tastingsHelping develop marketing initiatives tied to revenue growth, guest retention, and brand awarenessGaining exposure to menu launches, beverage programming marketing, and experiential activationsKey ResponsibilitiesExecute marketing initiatives in alignment with brand standards and company goalsCollaborate across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and executionMaintain strong attention to detail across all marketing materials and campaignsBe present at key service times, events, and activations to support brand presenceAssist in analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvementContribute ideas that enhance guest engagement and brand visibilityQualifications1–2 years of marketing experience (hospitality experience preferred but not required)Strong interest in restaurants, hospitality, and brand buildingHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedCreative thinker with the ability to execute ideas effectivelyStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentWillingness to work nights, weekends, and attend events as neededDesire to grow within a rapidly expanding hospitality groupSalary range: $64,000 – $74,000 per year (based on experience)Paid Time Off (PTO)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planFree daily lunch on scheduled workdaysCompany discounts and perksSignificant growth opportunity within Lotus Concepts ManagementEqual Opportunity EmployerLotus Concepts Management is an equal opportunity employer.
