Job Summary:This role involves managing and optimizing in-product marketing messages for a large customer base, ensuring timely and relevant communication. You will be responsible for the daily operational health of marketing programs, requiring meticulous attention to detail and prompt issue resolution. Success in this position hinges on strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a data-driven approach to program improvement
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and manage in-product messaging systems.
- Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues swiftly.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures.

- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Industry Experience:- Experience within a marketing operations or data-driven role is preferred.
