Responsibilities A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Manager I to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, focused on turning Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Opportunities that fuel growth for our QuickBooks products. Working closely with a Team Lead, you will help execute campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to get prospects to engage, book meetings, and ultimately purchase.Write engaging, conversion‑focused sales emails and call scripts rooted in proven sales methodologies, tailored to where the prospect is in the funnel.Help execute targeted sales campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn in partnership with our Sales Teams, ensuring every touchpoint is grounded in a clear audience, a compelling value prop, and a strong call to action.Put together sales briefs that include what to know, what to do, and what to say for each campaign.Own deliverables and timelines; stay organized across multiple campaigns and tools, and use AI to work smarter and move faster.Partner with your Team Lead to prioritize work, align on strategy, and grow your understanding of what makes a world‑class sales marketing program.Requirements College degree with relevant work experience in Sales and/or Marketing.1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or sales enablement in a B2B or B2C environment preferred.Working knowledge of sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, or similar platforms preferred.Ability to write clear, compelling copy for emails and call scripts that reflect a strong sales voice and proven sales methodology.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.Openness to learning, taking direction, and iterating quickly in a fast‑moving environment.Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools and new technologies to enhance your work.SaaS product knowledge preferred.Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. The range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
