Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the organization's marketing programs and initiatives to support business objectives. This role develops and executes strategic marketing plans, oversees market research, manages agency and vendor relationships, and leads a team to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs aligned with organizational business goals.
Lead market research initiatives and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
Oversee advertising, events, public relations, and other marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team while ensuring department goals, budgets, and project milestones are achieved..
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and business-focused marketing plans.
Proven expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and adapting to changing market conditions.
Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional marketing partnerships.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing marketing teams, budgets, and project execution.
Strong knowledge of marketing operations, campaign management, and performance optimization.
Industry Experience:
5+ years of experience in Marketing Management, Marketing Program Management, or Brand Marketing.
Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives within a corporate, agency, or enterprise environment.
Prior people management experience with responsibility for budgets, project delivery, and team performance is highly preferred.
