JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for fostering authentic community engagement across social media platforms for consumer brands. The ideal candidate will build trust, drive positive sentiment, and represent brands with a human voice. They will actively participate in conversations, manage online communities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Cultivate and manage brand subreddits into active communities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners.
- Handle sensitive issues and crises with strategic communication.
- Analyze trends and customer conversations to inform content.
Must have Skills- High proficiency on Reddit.
- Proven ability to write with a human, authentic tone.
- Experience with social listening tools.
Industry Experience Required:
Experience in the fintech or a consumer-facing regulated industry is required for this role.
