Title: Marketing Manager (II)
Duration of the contract: 10 Months
Pay Range: $74/hr to $87/hr on W2
Location: Mountain View, CA – (Hybrid ie Monday, Friday WFH and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday WFO)
 
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign operations and process management

• Maintain marketing project tracking tools, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and asset approvals stay on schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables between Product Marketing, Content, Design, Communications, and GTM teams.
• Tooling and systems maintenance (Hubspot, Webflow)
• Administer day-to-day marketing technology stack integrations, forms, lead tracking, and database hygiene.
• Oversee web updates, landing page requests, and tracking tags in collaboration with web developers and analytics partners.
• Troubleshoot system handoffs, data discrepancies, and workflow bottlenecks across marketing platforms.

Budget, procurement, and vendor operations.

• Track overall marketing expenditure against allocated budgets.
• Process Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Vendor security reviews through internal vendor management and procurement systems.
• Act as primary operational point of contact for external agencies, contractors, and event production partners.

Reporting and performance tracking

• Maintain existing performance dashboards and run routine weekly and monthly reports on campaign KPIs, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Provide clean operational data and summary metrics to marketing leadership to support ongoing quarterly business reviews.

 
Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or project management within technology or B2B software environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience handling purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and marketing budget tracking.
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and collaborative project management platforms.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within Alphabet, subsidiary operational environments and vendor systems.
• Proven track record of managing smooth handovers and maintaining operational momentum during temporary coverage assignments.
