Description:

Looking for a Senior Project Mana***r to help with the Retail Line of Business within Goldmind. This person will be responsible for managing projects for various retail clients.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provides project mana***ment thought-leadership, oversight and support on all project deliverables
- Leads with a solution-focused approach to encoura*** and justify best practice, and ensure process
and project controls are followed unless there is adequate justification for an exception
- Leads and mana***s lar*** integrated projects throughout all sta***s of digital creative deliverable
execution, from conception to delivery
- Facilitates digital creative requirements gathering to ensure stakeholder needs are clearly
understood, in line with defined processes
- Participates in capacity planning across creative teams to provide a clear view of utilization and
bandwidth
- Establishes a strategy of continuous risk mana***ment that enables proactive decisions and actions
throughout a project’s execution
- Encoura***s positive thinking and considers key partner and business needs in decision making
- Builds and encoura***s strong relationships with team members and key partners
- Partners with Account Directors and Account Mana***rs to mana*** regular portfolio business reviews
with key stakeholders
- Collaborates on preparation of digital creative marketing recommendations, strategies and actions
for partners
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree. In lieu of degree, HS Diploma/***D and 6 years of experience leading digital creative
projects in an a***ncy environment
- 4+ years of project mana***ment experience
- Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional team members with high integrity and ability
to inspire and motivate a diverse team toward a common goal
- Experience leading digital creative projects and managing resources for an advertising a***ncy (either
external or in-house a***ncies)

Desired Characteristics:
- Understanding of the digital creative process and how to balance with project mana***ment and
workflow
- Experience navigating lar*** and complex organizations, including gaining access to key executives
and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years experience using Project Mana***ment Software (Workfront preferred)
