We're seeking a driven, creative, and customer-obsessed self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings fresh, innovative ideas to campaign execution. This role serves as a marketing campaign coordinator, ensuring timely execution and reporting of multi-channel campaigns from planning to delivery. They will assist in end-to-end campaign execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. The role is key liaison between Analytics and Marketing, ensuring timely, accurate measurement and reporting of Consumer Engagement initiatives. Contributions include capturing and synthesizing performance results against business objectives, translating outcomes into insights that inform decision-making, optimize strategy, and help drive business growth.
Some of this role's responsibilities include:
Execute campaigns within Workfront, ensuring deliverable timelines are met, and the appropriate parties have been incorporated for implementation of the various tasks
Support strong collaboration with Synchrony partner teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and compelling customer offerings
Leverage past campaign learnings to inform future campaigns, directing our agencies on best practices and keeping the customer at the forefront of every campaign
Partner closely with the Analytics team to retrieve, validate, and consolidate multi-channel campaign performance results on a monthly cadence and on an ad hoc basis.
Translate data-driven findings into executive-ready presentations for Marketing stakeholders and senior leadership, incorporating clear performance narratives, actionable campaign insights, and optimization recommendations.
