Job Description:
Lead and execute marketing campaign operations, with a focus on programmatic media buying, pacing management, and partner collaboration to ensure campaign success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
40% Collaboration & Communication: Engage with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaign launches and maintain progress
50% Execution: Set up campaigns, traffic PG deals, manage pacing, pull performance reports, and resolve delivery discrepancies
10% Meetings: Attend internal and external syncs to troubleshoot issues and discuss pacing adjustments
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
3 years of experience in programmatic media buying
Proficiency with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or MediaMath
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Understanding of RTB, audience targeting, and ad exchanges
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
Nice-to-Haves:
Direct, recent experience executing PG campaigns in Amazon DSP
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across publishers, agencies, and advertisers
Track record of optimizing campaigns for performance while managing pacing and troubleshooting complex issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
