Job Summary:
Client is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Mailchimp Ecosystem & Lifecycle Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will leverage customer insights, behavioral data, marketing automation platforms, and experimentation to deliver personalized campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, launch, and optimize end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, in-product messaging, push notifications, and SMS.
Develop customer segmentation, campaign cadence, sequencing, and orchestration strategies to improve engagement and retention.
Identify customer insights and data requirements to support go-to-market strategies and lifecycle initiatives.
Own campaign execution using marketing automation and project management platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Campaign Manager, and Quickbase.
Analyze customer behavior and marketing data to improve targeting, segmentation, and campaign performance.
Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to leverage AI, predictive models, and customer insights.
Develop and execute A/B testing strategies, measurement plans, and ongoing optimization roadmaps.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize KPIs including conversions, customer growth, engagement, and revenue.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative, Development, and GTM teams to successfully execute campaigns.
Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely project delivery.

Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Customer Marketing within B2B or B2C environments.
Strong experience building and managing automated lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Campaign Manager, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, campaign orchestration, and lifecycle strategies.
Experience analyzing customer data, behavioral insights, campaign logic, and marketing performance.
Experience designing and interpreting A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering teams.
Comfortable leveraging AI, customer models, and marketing technology to improve campaign effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Mailchimp or similar SaaS marketing products.
Experience with Quickbase or other marketing project management platforms.
Familiarity with customer lifecycle strategy, retention marketing, and customer journey optimization.
Experience partnering with Data Science teams to implement predictive models and AI-driven marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of Martech ecosystems and customer data platforms (CDPs).

Industry Experience:
Experience in SaaS, Marketing Technology (MarTech), CRM, Digital Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Engagement, B2B Software, B2C Consumer Products, Technology, or Cloud-based Software environments is highly preferred.
