Job Summary: 

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end direct mail marketing campaigns for specific product offerings. You will develop the strategy, oversee execution, and analyze performance to drive customer acquisition. This position requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to maximize campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross functional team to identify opportunities for direct mail campaign
• Develop and implement direct mail campaigns to effectively reach specific target audiences
• Generate compelling content and design elements for direct mail materials
• Develop a learning agenda for each campaign and partner closely with analytics to analyze and assess campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization
• Be in the know of the industry trends and adherence to the best practices in direct mail marketing

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven track record in direct mail marketing for Credit Card and lending products
• Strong strategic thinking and creative skills
• Proficient in project management, ensuring timely deliverables
• Strong collaboration skill set and ability to communicate effectively in situations where hard messages have to be delivered
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and interpret campaign performance
• Capacity to work independently and meet established deadlines

Industry Experience:

• Experience in the credit card and lending products industry is preferred for this role.
