Job Summary:
 
Seeking a Digital Personalization Manager to lead digital personalization and optimization initiatives across web and app platforms. The role focuses on designing and executing personalized customer journeys, A/B testing, and campaign optimization while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead personalization, segmentation, and A/B/MVT testing initiatives
  • Translate business and stakeholder requirements into personalization campaigns
  • Manage personalization roadmap, project plans, and execution
  • Partner with analytics teams to define tracking and measure performance
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize personalization campaigns end-to-end
  • Provide guidance and training on personalization and marketing technologies
 
Required Skills:
 
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, personalization, A/B testing, or campaign management
  • Experience leading teams and managing personalization campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, or Pega.
 
Preferred:
 
  • Agile methodology experience
  • CMS, AI/ML exposure a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce, agency, or regulated industries
 
Compensation:
 
The hourly rate for this position is between $69.00-$98.00 per hour.  
 
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
