Pay Range: $95 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and execute product marketing and go-to-market strategies for Youth products and features.
• Define positioning, messaging, narratives, and value propositions tailored to Youth, Parents, and key opinion formers.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Communications, Public Policy, Legal, and regional teams to influence product roadmaps and launches.
• Develop trust-building narratives around youth safety, digital wellbeing, parental controls, and responsible technology.
• Lead cross-functional programs across local, regional, and global teams in a highly matrixed environment.
• Translate complex product, policy, and regulatory topics into clear marketing strategies and stakeholder communications.
• Support launch planning, campaign development, presentations, executive communications, and external-facing materials.
• Use customer, market, and business insights to identify opportunities and improve product adoption and perception.
• Navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive programs from strategy through execution.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Experience with youth, kids, teens, family, or parenting products.
• Background in Trust & Safety, digital wellbeing, online safety, or parental controls.
• Knowledge of Public Policy, Regulatory, Communications, PR, or brand reputation.
• Experience working with global consumer technology platforms.
• 6+ years of Product Marketing experience in consumer technology, digital platforms, or related industries.
• Proven experience launching products/features and developing GTM, positioning, and messaging strategies.
• Experience influencing product roadmaps and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, and ambiguous environment.
