We are seeking a forward‑thinking and experienced commercial marketing leader to drive downstream marketing strategy and execution for Hologic's molecular instrumentation portfolio, including systems, automation, software, and consumables. In this role, you will be responsible for translating portfolio strategy into high‑impact go‑to‑market plans, driving demand, accelerating adoption, and maximizing commercial performance across global markets.
The successful candidate will bring deep experience in commercial downstream marketing within diagnostics, life sciences, or medical technology, with a proven ability to partner cross‑functionally with sales, upstream marketing, product management, service, and regional teams. This role is critical to how Hologic's molecular instrumentation solutions are positioned, launched, and commercialized to deliver sustained growth and customer value.

The total compensation range for this role is $110,900 - $173,600. This is based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/ geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus quota.
