Job Summary:

Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (PNS) is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The Marketing Manager will own PNS’s external brand presence and patient-facing marketing channels. This role is equal parts strategic and executional, requiring someone who can maintain brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints while actively driving patient acquisition and organizational visibility.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare marketing, strong content creation skills, and experience building brand awareness through digital and community engagement. This individual will collaborate closely with leadership, providers, and the HR team to showcase our services, culture, and impact while supporting business growth and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Ownership: Manage and maintain the PNS website, including content updates, performance monitoring, and coordination with vendors or developers on structural changes. Serve as the internal point of contact for all website-related initiatives.

  • Brand Management: Own the external brand identity across all formats, including digital assets, print materials, and physical collateral. Ensure consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging across every patient- and partner-facing touchpoint.

  • Office Branding: Maintain branding continuity across PNS clinical locations, ensuring physical environments reflect current brand standards.

  • Direct-to-Consumer Advertising: Partnering with our external ad agency, plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns targeting prospective patients, including digital advertising (search, display, social) and any traditional channels. Own the agency relationship including briefing, performance reviews, and budget tracking. Track performance against acquisition KPIs.

  • Social Media & LinkedIn: Own PNS’s social media presence, including content calendar management, posting, engagement, and growth across platforms. LinkedIn includes both organizational page management and support for leadership visibility.

  • Reputation & Review Management: Set up, manage, and monitor public-facing review platforms (Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, etc.). Develop processes for soliciting patient reviews and responding to feedback in a compliant, brand-appropriate manner and in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

  • Referral & B2B Marketing: Develop and maintain marketing materials supporting partnerships, referral networks, and operator-facing business development. Work closely with the Director of Business Development, who leads relationship strategy, to ensure materials and messaging align with active pipeline priorities.

  • Content & Thought Leadership: Produce and manage content that supports SEO, builds clinical credibility, and elevates the PNS brand, including blog posts, provider spotlights, and patient-facing education. Coordinate with clinical leadership as needed for accuracy and compliance review.

  • Media Asset Management: Maintain an organized, current library of brand-approved assets including facility photography, provider headshots, logos, and creative files. Serve as the internal gatekeeper for asset use and version control.

  • Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of external-facing events including community outreach, open houses, CME events, and conference participation. Coordinate logistics, materials, and promotional activities in partnership with relevant clinical and operations staff.

  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Own reporting across all marketing channels, including website traffic, paid media performance, review scores, and social growth. Provide regular performance updates to leadership and use data to inform strategy and budget decisions.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or a similarly regulated industry

  • Experience managing or coordinating with external agencies or vendors

  • Prior experience in a standalone or small-team marketing role is a plus, as this position operates with significant autonomy
Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for brand voice and detail

  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)

  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools

  • Basic graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Healthcare-Specific

  • Familiarity with HIPAA requirements as they apply to marketing and patient communications

  • Experience with healthcare review platforms (Healthgrades, Zocdoc, Google Business) preferred

  • Exposure to behavioral health or psychiatry settings is a plus

Compensation: $85.00 - $105.00 per year
