    Role Description

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives turning strategy into execution.

The Marketing Manager is a best-in-class operator: someone who enjoys working alongside and coordinating efforts across their team, digging into performance data, solving problems quickly, and continuously improving how marketing dollars are understood and invested. You'll lead a small team of marketing professionals while managing external vendor relationships. Success in this role comes from making sound decisions, developing people, and ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities across multiple markets.

If you enjoy building systems, coaching teams, analyzing results, and rolling up your sleeves to solve problems, this role is built for you.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 3–5 marketing professionals.

    • Manage relationships with external marketing partners and vendors.

    • Partner closely with senior leadership to understand business priorities and market-specific objectives.

    • Analyze marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and business trends to make informed recommendations on marketing investments.

    • Allocate marketing resources thoughtfully across multiple markets based on performance data and business needs.

    • Monitor KPIs and communicate insights that improve decision-making.

    • Ensure projects are executed accurately, on time, and with a high standard of quality.

    • Remove obstacles for your team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution.

    • Build processes that improve efficiency without creating unnecessary complexity.

    • Adapt quickly as priorities shift in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving business.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated management responsibility, including leading and developing high-performing teams.

    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into practical business recommendations.

    • Experience managing budgets, campaigns, or marketing investments across multiple initiatives or markets.

    • Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with detailed execution.

    • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.

    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

    • Comfortable receiving direct feedback and operating in a high-performance, high-accountability environment.

    • Adaptable, resilient, and energized by changing priorities.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

IN-OFFICE POSITION, IRVING, TX, LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in a high-growth or real estate-adjacent company.

    • Graduate level degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related field.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
