Job Summary
This role focuses on driving growth for a consumer assisted offering by overseeing the entire customer journey. You will collaborate extensively with various teams to identify new opportunities and execute product marketing strategies. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, marketing acumen, and a data-driven approach to enhance customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans for new growth opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end customer experience strategies for assisted offerings.
• Leverage research and A/B testing to inform product roadmaps.
• Optimize customer entry points and navigation across product portfolios.
• Analyze data to unlock growth and influence strategic decisions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven success in developing and executing growth strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in the consumer technology or financial services industry is preferred, specifically with a focus on customer acquisition and retention strategies.
