Job Summary:This role is responsible for driving the organization's marketing initiatives and developing strategic plans to achieve business goals. You will oversee various marketing functions, manage external partnerships, and lead a team to execute successful campaigns. The position requires a strong understanding of the marketing landscape and the ability to manage resources effectively to meet departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies.
Oversee advertising, events, and public relations efforts.
Lead and mentor a marketing team to achieve goals.
Proven track record in marketing strategy development.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
Industry Experience:- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies within a consumer-facing industry is highly preferred.
