Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving the strategy and measurement maturity for a company's paid social media programs across various platforms, with a focus on brand and upper-funnel initiatives. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance next-generation measurement techniques and rigorous testing methodologies. A critical thinker with a strong testing mindset is needed to develop best-in-class channel strategies by understanding platform nuances.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead top-of-funnel paid social initiatives aligned with brand activities.
- Develop strategies to engage younger audiences through advertising and influencer content.
- Implement advanced measurement solutions to track impact and optimize campaigns.
- Champion brand and acquisition KPIs as primary program success metrics.
- Execute testing roadmaps across major social platforms with channel owners.
Must-Have Skills:- 5+ years of performance marketing or paid social experience.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Knowledge of privacy policies and mobile attribution fundamentals.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the financial technology or consumer finance industry is preferred for this role.
