Job Summary: This role is responsible for enhancing the initial customer journey for new users of Autodesk products, focusing on a low-barrier entry point. The objective is to optimize digital experiences and offers to meet customer needs, guiding them towards relevant solutions within the Autodesk ecosystem. Success will be driven by scientific experimentation, data interpretation, and leveraging AI to accelerate growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize the early customer experience from initial contact to activation.
- Design and execute rapid experiments across the trial and onboarding funnels.
- Develop actionable insights from user behavior and funnel performance data.
- Guide customers to appropriate Autodesk products based on their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives without direct authority.
Must-Have Skills:- Experience with growth experimentation and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in Product-Led Growth (PLG) and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical abilities and cross-functional influence.
Industry Experience:- This role requires experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry, particularly with products aimed at small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or those with a self-serve model.
