Summary Our client is seeking an experienced CLM Campaign Manager to support campaign strategy execution, lifecycle marketing initiatives, audience segmentation, and performance reporting within a fast-paced marketing environment. This role will be responsible for developing detailed campaign briefs, supporting campaign launch readiness activities, translating performance data into actionable business insights, and ensuring campaign execution aligns with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with experience supporting CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns, collaborating with analytics partners, and managing campaign execution across multiple audiences and markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, exercises strong judgment when evaluating campaign performance, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to support marketing effectiveness and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Brief Development- Develop detailed campaign briefs in partnership with marketing stakeholders to support campaign execution, audience targeting, and overall campaign strategy
- Ensure campaign requirements, audience segmentation, scope, and campaign objectives are accurately documented and communicated
- Provide clear direction to creative, product, analytics, and operational partners throughout campaign planning activities
Performance Reporting & Data Analysis- Support weekly, monthly, and ad hoc campaign performance reporting activities
- Partner with analytics teams to analyze campaign results and identify key business insights
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable narratives that inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization efforts
Campaign Execution & Launch Readiness- Coordinate launch readiness activities to ensure campaigns are prepared for successful deployment
- Oversee quality assurance activities, including campaign reviews, testing processes, and execution validation
- Monitor campaign launches and support timely resolution of issues requiring immediate attention or escalation
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Support- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Creative, Product, and Operations teams to support campaign execution and performance objectives
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide recommendations regarding campaign improvements, audience strategies, and operational efficiencies
Campaign Governance & Reporting- Maintain campaign documentation and execution records to support operational consistency and compliance with established processes
- Track campaign progress, performance metrics, and launch readiness milestones
- Prepare and distribute campaign updates, reporting summaries, and stakeholder communications as needed
Process Improvement & Marketing Operations- Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, planning processes, and execution methodologies
- Support ongoing operational improvements that enhance campaign effectiveness and stakeholder collaboration
- Recommend process enhancements that strengthen execution quality, reporting accuracy, and overall marketing efficiency
Required Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 7+ years of experience in campaign management, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or a related marketing strategy function
- Experience developing campaign briefs, audience segmentation strategies, and performance reporting deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong experience supporting lifecycle marketing and CRM campaign initiatives
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable, or Responsys
- Strong data storytelling, analytical, and business reporting skills
- Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or SQL-based reporting tools
- Experience managing audience segmentation and campaign execution across multiple markets and customer groups
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills & Qualifications- Experience managing campaign launch readiness activities from planning through execution
- Experience overseeing quality assurance processes and campaign testing activities
- Experience supporting live campaign launches and operational decision-making
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
