Our events are built on one belief: meaningful relationships drive meaningful business.We're looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to own the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing initiatives while helping shape the overall marketing strategy behind our growing portfolio of events.Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive event registrations, attendee engagement, sponsor visibility, and brand awareness.This role requires equal parts strategist, project manager, and marketer. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative partners, and external vendors to ensure every campaign is executed on time and at a high standard.ResponsibilitiesEmail MarketingBuild, manage, and optimize email campaigns using HubSpotCreate automated workflows, nurture campaigns, and event communicationsSegment audiences to improve engagement and conversionsMonitor email performance and continuously optimize open rates, click-through rates, and registrationsOrganic Social MediaManage and execute organic social media across multiple event brandsDevelop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaignsPublish content and engage with online communitiesMonitor platform performance and recommend improvements based on analyticsEvent MarketingSupport the marketing strategy for conferences, networking events, and webinarsExecute digital campaigns leading up to, during, and after eventsCoordinate promotional assets across email, social media, website, and partner channelsAssist with attendee communications and sponsor marketing deliverablesCollaborate with leadership on campaign planning and executionHelp develop integrated marketing initiatives that increase registrations, sponsorship sales, and brand awarenessTrack KPIs and provide actionable reporting and recommendationsCoordinate with designers, developers, photographers, videographers, and other marketing vendorsManage timelines, deliverables, and project status using Monday.comEnsure projects are completed on schedule and meet brand standardsMarketing OperationsMaintain marketing assets and documentation in DropboxKeep marketing projects organized and moving efficientlyAssist with website updates and digital marketing initiatives as neededContinuously identify opportunities to improve marketing systems and workflowsQualifications3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, event marketing, or a related roleHands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing HubStrong understanding of email marketing best practicesExperience managing organic social media for a brandExcellent project management and organizational skillsStrong copywriting and communication abilitiesComfortable managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with designers and creative teamsFamiliarity with Monday.com (or similar project management platforms)Experience marketing conferences, trade shows, or live events is highly preferredRequired ToolsHubSpotMonday.comDropboxMicrosoft Office / Google WorkspaceSharepointWordpressWhat Success Looks LikeMarketing campaigns launch on time and with excellenceEmail campaigns consistently drive engagement and event registrationsSocial channels are active, engaging, and aligned with the brandProjects move efficiently across teams and vendorsEvent marketing contributes to measurable growth in registrations, sponsorships, and audience engagementMarketing processes become more organized, scalable, and data-drivenWhy Join Emble?You'll help market some of the industry's most influential events while working alongside a collaborative team that values creativity, execution, and innovation.
