    Marketing Manager (Legal Industry)MissionHires is seeking a Marketing Manager (Legal Industry) to develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, relationship building, and lead generation. This fully in-office role will oversee digital and traditional channels, manage campaigns end-to-end, supervise marketing staff, collaborate with attorneys and practice groups, and leverage marketing technology and analytics to optimize performance for a legal services environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies with Practice Group Leaders, attorneys, and the Marketing Director focused on brand awareness, relationships, and lead generationAssist in managing the Marketing Department, including supervising staff, delegating assignments, and evaluating performanceOversee digital and traditional channels (email, website/SEO, social media, print collateral, webinars, and in-person events) to ensure brand alignmentConceptualize, plan, and implement programs to enhance brand recognition and generate new business opportunitiesManage campaigns from development through execution, including tracking KPIs and optimizing to meet objectivesConduct market research on industry trends, competitor positioning, and client insights to inform strategyCollaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and attorney practice groups to deliver integrated initiativesLeverage marketing technology platforms, automation tools, and analytics systems to improve outcomesPrepare reports and analyze performance data to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvementPerform additional duties as assigned to meet evolving business needsMaintain regular on-site presence and support event and office needs as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field7+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on strategy development, brand awareness, relationship building, and lead generationProven ability to translate client needs and firm capabilities into effective programs and campaignsStrong project management and team collaboration skillsDemonstrated success with data-driven marketing strategiesAdvanced analytical skills; proficiency with marketing analytics and automation toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in the legal industry preferredFully in-office role; regular on-site attendance requiredAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and frequently walk, stand, bend, and move throughout the officeAbility to perform prolonged computer-based tasks and use standard office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, multi-line phones)BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits programProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
