This role supports campaign coordination, workflow management, project tracking, and cross-functional communication to help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered consistently, accurately, and on schedule. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across digital, branch, website, email, social media, print, and traditional channels.
- Assist with management of marketing workflow, project timelines, deliverables, and campaign coordination across multiple initiatives.
- Work with the marketing team and internal business lines to support alignment, communication, and coordination across marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external partners to support project execution and follow-through.
- Support development and coordination of marketing materials and customer communications while helping ensure alignment with brand standards, compliance requirements, and approved messaging.
- Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, project organization, and identification of workflow improvement opportunities.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
