The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating execution of marketing initiatives across the bank. This role supports campaign coordination, workflow management, project tracking, and cross-functional communication to help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered consistently, accurately, and on schedule.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across digital, branch, website, email, social media, print, and traditional channels.
  • Assist with management of marketing workflow, project timelines, deliverables, and campaign coordination across multiple initiatives.
  • Work with the marketing team and internal business lines to support alignment, communication, and coordination across marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external partners to support project execution and follow-through.
  • Support development and coordination of marketing materials and customer communications while helping ensure alignment with brand standards, compliance requirements, and approved messaging.
  • Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, project organization, and identification of workflow improvement opportunities.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Position Requirements

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Provides guidance and oversight to and is responsible for the coordination and evaluation of the assigned team. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance management; employee compensation; approving expense reports; addressing concerns and resolving problems.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years' progressive experience in marketing, project coordination, campaign support, or related experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to execute deliverables timely in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of branding, marketing workflow coordination, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years' progressive experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience working in financial services or a banking environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflow coordination and campaign execution
