Job Overview:The Marketing Manager manages and executes marketing operations at both an onsite and corporate level focusing on the prospect journey, resident / customer experience, and sales.

This position supports the Marketing Director in implementing the marketing initiatives of E & S Ring Management, which operates a portfolio of multifamily assets in southern and northern California. This role also works with internal owners, executive leadership, and onsite teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create content for campaigns, including copywriting and at times, graphic design ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
• Maintain the quality and brand consistency of digital assets across all platforms.

Marketing Project Management:

• Assist with the management of marketing projects, including website development and system implementations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure alignment with business goals and standards.

Reputation Management:

• Manage over third-party reputation management software and mentor on-site teams to maintain a stellar reputation across the portfolio. In addition, help manage review responses at a corporate level to reaffirm the brand.

Campaign Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze digital marketing SEO, Paid Search, and other online ad campaigns and budgets, to develop performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.

Collateral Development & Brand Consistency:

• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and ensure brand alignment across various platforms.
• Technical Support & Systems Management:
• Provide technical support when needed for marketing systems and manage ticketing system and email blasts.

Onsite Visibility:

• Travel to properties to evaluate marketing needs and areas of improvement for property managers and leasing teams.

Leadership Support:

• Support leadership in presentations to multifamily real estate owners with the intent of expanding the management portfolio.

Minimum Experience/Training/Education

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated skills in creative design, copywriting, and project management.

Technical:

• Skilled in using multifamily related software, such as Yardi, Reputation, Elise AI, and other website, tracking, and AI systems.

Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Software:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience with Yardi, Elise AI, and Reputation, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Equipment and Tools Used:

• Computers, printers, telephones, photocopier, cellular phone.

Physical Requirements:

• Primarily sedentary work, with some bending and kneeling for file access.
• Occasionally requires lifting up to 15 pounds.
• Regular use of computers and telephones.
